Statement of Faith

There is one true God, eternally existing in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each of these Persons is fully God, possessing all the attributes of deity and personality. 

The Bible is God’s infallible written Word, fully inspired by the Holy Spirit and written without error in the original manuscripts. It is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice. 

Salvation is entirely the work of God, and it is given as a gift to those who are willing to acknowledge their state of sin and humbly to confess their great need of a Savior. 

Jesus Christ was miraculously conceived by the Holy Spirit, was born of a virgin, and performed many miracles throughout the course of His ministry. He was crucified, buried and subsequently rose to everlasting life.

There are many other miracles that are documented in God’s Word, each of which took place precisely as recorded.

God spoke our entire universe into existence “ex nihilo” – out of nothing. 

“By the word of the Lord the heavens were made,
   And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.

 ---

For He spoke, and it was done;
  He commanded, and it stood fast.”

 (Psalm 33:6, 9, NKJV)

Just as God created this vast universe with no dependence upon anything, so can He create in each of us a new heart.

"Create in me a clean heart, O God;
  And renew a right spirit within me"

 (Psalm 51:10)
